Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@meatmerchantcasuarina.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on meat items. If you have questions or concerns about your specific order, please reach out to us.

Exchanges
For exchanges, the quickest option is to return your item (if eligible) and make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.

European Union Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Please contact us for more information.
