We cooked it in true Picanha style & it did not disappoint, what a delicious cut of meat & tasted even better with a side of chimmichirri.

Amazing, honestly this is the second piece I have tried and the best I have ever had from a butcher. The meat is sooooo soft, there is so much flavour and the pastry is light n fluffy.
These steaks were incredible! They seared up with an amazing crust, stayed juicy and tender, and were packed with flavour. You can really tell they're a quality cut. Easily one of the best steaks I've cooked at home. Highly recommend and will definitely be buying them again.

Good flavour, was a bit soggy when it turned up, but you get that when it’s being delivered.
Not quite as fatty as the photos showed, was a little disappointing for carnivore, but still good, have yet to try the Texas roast

Cooked this light night with roast vegetables for a couple of friends everyone said ot was really tasty, moist and soft. Cooked in fan forced oven 190o for 2hrs. We even had leftovers which we turned into a chicken soup today.

1 of the 2 roasts I ordered was superb, the other was lower in quality at one end - they seemed to have been butchered from the one larger piece of meat instead of supplying me with 2 separate high quality roasts
All the recent research is finding we need to increasingly at more protein as we age and for breakfast this is sometimes challenging. I asked them to mince this and used Nagi’s Lamb Kofte recipe. Now I have delicious marinated lamb to make into smash burgers that I cook and eat over salad. Add a yoghurt and cumin sauce or tahini, olive oil and lemon juice. So delicious and as the mince is made the day it’s delivered it keeps really well and doesn’t have added water, like a lot of mince seems to contain

Whole chicken is such good value. I’ve made Haiannese chicken rice and another time soy sauce chicken and then used the carcass (with some meat on it) to make a stock into chicken noodle soup with some leftover shredded chicken. I’ve worked out a big chicken like this can make 7 delicious servings. So good
