I was excited to try this meat first the price. But it wasn't good as a steak. I sousvide it as I do most if my steaks and it was chewy. I used the second half of the pack for a slow cooked curry and it was great. But im guessing just a low grade sirloin. Dont know unless you try though right. All the best, I do like what you are doing in your advertising and hope it all goes great for you.

This particular sirloin promotion was using our Vintage Sirloin, which comes from older cattle. It is still MSA graded and a high quality product, however, due to the age of the cattle, the connective tissue and gristle doesn’t break down quite as readily, so it can eat a little chewier than our regular sirloin. We’ve taken the feedback on board, and next time we run this promotion we’ll make sure we explain the Vintage product more clearly so customers know exactly what to expect. Thanks again for giving it a try and for supporting us we genuinely appreciate the feedback.
