Free Range Pork Belly Roast (1kg)

Beautiful free-range pork belly — perfect roasted whole or cut into flavour-packed pork burnt ends.

For the best crackle: Preheat oven as hot as possible, rub oil and salt over the skin, and pat dry any excess oil. Roast for 30–40 minutes until the crackle bubbles, then reduce oven to 180°C and cook until meat is tender and cooked through.
