Cooking Guide:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Score and stud with garlic. Rub with olive oil, salt and rosemary. Roast for 25 minutes per 500g plus 20 minutes resting. Rest before carving — this is the step most people skip and shouldn't.

Storage: Refrigerate and use within 3 days of delivery, or freeze immediately on arrival.
