The whole leg is the classic centrepiece cut. Slow roast it with garlic and rosemary until it falls off the bone, or bring it to the BBQ for something a little different. Either way, it feeds the family and it does it properly.

Cooking Guide:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Score the leg and stud with garlic cloves. Rub with olive oil, salt, rosemary and lemon zest. Roast for 25 minutes per 500g plus 30 minutes resting time. Rest covered with foil before carving.
Storage: Refrigerate and use within 3 days of delivery, or freeze immediately on arrival.
